The company has a RFIC design centre and fully equipped IC test lab in Nagpur,and has technical expertise to design and develop of modular solutions using RF and basedband components. The Modular wireless solutions proposed by company to various customers are best in its catagory involving sound engineering techniques encompassing IEEE global standards.
Our design team has thorough understanding of p-HEMT, HBT, CMOS and MESFET devices and circuits. We find ourselves efficiently applying our knowledge, skills and efforts towards development of highly integrated ICs in different processes that include Si, SiGe, GaAs/AlGaAs, InGaAs /AlInAs etc in most time effective manner.
