| Company Profile | We are operating different projects under the umbrella of “Need Group of Companies”. We would like to narrate here briefly a profile of our one concern named M/S NEED PLASTIC (SMC-PVT) LTD having H/O at 48-B, Aibok block Garden Town, Lahore.
This is a Plastic goods manufacturing company, which was previously working as sole proprietorship concern. On 5-01-2006 it was converted into (SMC-PVT) LTD.
This is the second company, which is established under the umbrella of Need Group of Companies. Following companies are currently working under the management of “Need Group of Companies”: -

We have started installing Plant / Machineries & Construction of building 10 Months back, at our own land situated at Raiwend Road, Lahore.
All the process of erection and construction has been completed in 05months, and we have started production in April 2006.
We have started this business on very sound footing and we have installed latest machines and equipments of the world at our unit of production. We have started this business with the investment of Rs.65.55 Million. All the Machinery installed is Italian based bearing very out class production capacity ranging product-having weight from 50 Grams to 3000 Grams. All these machines are very heavy and having very fast production/out put capacity. At present, we can produce here from a spoon to vehicle plastic parts and furniture of some types. We are producing/manufacturing here household items including Dishes, Tub, Bucket of all types and all sizes. We are supplying these items to Utility Stores Corporations of Pakistan and in the general market as well.
We have our own marketing network, if we can measure the value of supplies to the U.S.C only that would be in Millions i.e.Rs.10 Million to 12 Million per month. We are also supplying bucket of various sizes ranging from 1 kg to 16 kg to different Ghee mills and food industries in Pakistan, their approximates supply per month is Rs. 4.0 Million to 4.50 Million.
To move forward in to the Automotive Operations, we have signed an agreement with the MASTER MOTOR’S (PVT) LTD regarding providing them automotive parts of different Motor’s and some other plastic parts of Gears etc.
Some other big deals of automobile industries including PAK SUZUKI MOTORS are also in pipelines.
We have developed our own Research and Development section and tool shop in our factory with the investment of Rs. 5.103 Million and Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) machines of worth US. $105000.
We have a team of expert technical engineers to run our factory machines, they are much qualified and having experience of leading industries of Pakistan. |
 We are very keen to install blow-moulding machines at our plant very soon. |
