| Company Profile | Janitor Data (Bombay) Pvt. Ltd. started its business operations of data recovery in 1996. In four short years Janitor has changed its name from NETWORK 2000 to Janitor Data (Bombay) Pvt Ltd to signify (JDBPL) the change from a drive repair company to a data recovery and data insurance company, which protects and retrieves invaluable and sensitive data for all segments of the business and professional communities.
Janitor Data was started by Jayesh Boradia, a young who is a Computer buff and has spent more than 14 years in computer field, his proficiency as a programmer and later his understanding of file structures and data layout and disk drives structures enabled him to understand data recovery from bad sectors to failed disk drives. Over the years he fine-tuned his craftsmanship to creating a brand new business in the IT sector. The business was slow, an uphill task for a solitary, first time computer entrepreneur who’s belief in his skills and ability surpassed even his own expectations. Initially data retrieval was a fun thing for friends, colleagues, and peers in the computer fraternity who encouraged him to setup shop as a full time data retrieval Laboratory, this gave birth to NETWORK 2000 in 1996.
From humble beginnings Network 2000 metamorphosised to Janitor Data today, which today has a proud clientele list all over India. Janitor Data has setup a network of agents for collecting damaged or failed disk drives which are transported to head office of Janitor Data in Bombay for data retrieval. From a one man entrepreneurship, he has changed the scope of data retrieval and data insurance business with several qualified lab technicians, hardware engineers, software programmers, and a network of agents in 6 cities which he currently plans to expand to 15 other cities in India. His mission is to be India’s premiere Data Retrieval and Data Insurance Company
