| The company is known for being the country¡¯s first developer of (ASIC) circuit, an integrated circuit specially used for stabilizing the oscillation frequency of crystals. The product is under the protection of Intelligent Property Protection Law of PRC. The company has recently developed a temperature compensation crystal oscillator, namely the DTCXO, for use of mobile phones by incorporating the latest advancement in full digital temperature compensation technology. Their technical parameters have been tested to measure up and even exceed those of foreign-manufactured products. For example: temperature frequency characteristic ¡Ü¡À0.5¡Á10-6/-55¡æ¡«+105¡æ, current ¡Ü1.5mA, and dimension 7¡Á5¡Á1.7mm3, and etc.
