| INFRASTRUCTURE & SERVICES
As a leader in separation machinerys and plants for Agro processors, Goldin is well equipped with qualified and experienced technical persons to provide following services to its clients.
I. DESIGN ENGINEERING (Brain for the organization)
Manufacturing as well as plant layout designs are prepared on CAD programme by experienced engineers. Detailed engineering and drawings are prepared for manufacturing division. It is this division which plays crucial role in development of new design of machinerys and plants to suit specific process requirements.
II. MANUFACTURING
Well equipped factory includes Fabrication shop, Machining shop, Assembling & Testing shop with quality check and inspection at every stage of manufacturing of machinerys.
III. MARKETING
Agro processing is a tailor made operations & needs first hand knowledge to select and suggest suitable machinerys & plants for specific products for clients. It is our team of marketing engineers who call on clients & understand process operation in depth before they submit any proposal. Direct marketing, instead of through dealers, provide excellent opportunity of direct working with clients.
IV. AFTER SALES SEVRVICES
Experienced field persons are ready to undertake after sales services as and when required by clients at a very short notice. The team is capable of handling trouble shooting of any fault- mechanical, electrical or process performance to the utmost satisfaction of the clients.
V. ERECTION - COMMISSIONING
As and when ordered, Goldin team with expert engineers is ready to undertake complete erection of mechanical as well electrical and commissioning of the plant and machinerys at clients site. A satisfactory trial run with clients' materials is carried out to ensure performance of Goldin machinerys supplied to the clients.
VI. TURNKEY CONTRACT
If desired by clients, complete responsibility of design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection & commissioning is undertaken by team of Goldin engineers in the field of:-
(1) Cleaning - Grading plants for Spice Seeds & Grains.
(2) Oil Seeds processing and Milling plants.
(3) Cleaning and Silo storage system for Oil Seeds etc.
VII. R & D Unit
A pilot unit comprising various process machinerys is set-up to undertake study and development of special processes/process flowsheets for specific product of clients. Goldin engineers are always at services of clients when they are in search of new processes for their products. This unit also provides facility to test-run clients' sample materials and satisfy themselves for the performance of Goldin machinerys and plants, before buying.
