Chapter 1 Managing Nonprofit: The functions of nonprofits and the challenges confronting most of the nonprofits are the introductory part of this chapter. They are followed by the issues e.g. Business Planning, Business Organization, Problem solving and Decision Making, Delegation, Leadership, Motivation and Performance Management.
Chapter 2 Effective Governance: It elaborates the role of board in an organization, their limitations and how it can be strengthen to achieve the purpose the organization has been incorporated for.
Chapter 3 Strategic Planning & Program Development: It explains relevance of strategic planning to success of an organization. This chapter will help you to understand the fundamental framework to an organization and gives answers to the questions like what an organization is, what it does and why it does, with a focus on the future.
Chapter 4 Successful Fundraising: Basic steps for successful fundraising campaign, advantages & disadvantages of various sources of funds and general guidelines for making Grant Proposal are studied in detail.
